Timothy Johnson, Vice President of Finance and Administration
Timothy Johnson joined the firm in 2006 as a Director in our consulting practice, and now serves as Vice President of Finance and Administration. He is responsible for managing the firm’s financial and internal operations, including accounting, benefits and compensation, and information technology.
Prior to joining Alaris, Tim was a Manager in Deloitte Consulting’s Strategy and Operations practice where he focused on profitability measurement and improvement through pricing, supply chain, and operational improvements. Tim has previous industry experience in manufacturing and engineering. Tim’s previous employers include Inland Steel Company, Aluminum Company of America (ALCOA), GenCorp, ITT, and DaimlerChryser. As a member of DaimlerChrysler’s Procurement and Supply Group, Tim worked with its extended enterprise to reduce warranty conditions and expense.
Tim received a Bachelors of Science in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University and a MBA from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business. Tim is a certified Master Black Belt through the International Quality Federation.
