Robert Forbes, Partner
Bob Forbes has been a Partner at Alaris Consulting since 2003. He has more than 20 years of consulting and industry experience in the areas of Supply Chain Management and Operations Improvement in the manufacturing, consumer products, and retail industries.
Prior to joining Alaris, Bob was a Partner at Ernst & Young Consulting Services. He has worked with a variety of clients, including Investcorp, Harvest Partners, Swiss Colony, the Ford Motor Company, McDonald’s, Johnson Controls, and Whirlpool. Bob also has previous industry experience with General Electric and General Motors.
Bob received a BS in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
