Michael Deering, Managing Partner and Chief Executive Officer

Michael Deering has been Managing Partner and CEO of Alaris Consulting since 2004. Michael brings more than 20 years of experience in the areas of Supply Chain Management, Enterprise Resource Planning, and Operations Improvement. Michael’s clients have included global corporations such as Bear Stearns Merchant Banking , Eaton, Investcorp, General Motors, Visteon, and Allied Capital. Before joining Alaris, Michael was a senior partner with KPMG. He also served as a Vice President at A.T. Kearney. As a Partner at Deloitte Consulting, he co-led the development of the Global Supply Chain Management service line. He was Financial Director for seven years at Memphis-based Highmark Corporation. He started his career as a Market Analyst in the United Kingdom for GKN, Ltd. (Parts, Inc.).

Michael received his BBA in Accounting and his MBA, with a Finance concentration, from the University of Memphis.
