Alaris Consulting’s experienced professional recruiting process is designed to ensure a good fit for firm and professional alike.  The process is thorough and methodical.  Once a resume is selected, our process begins with an initial phone screen followed by several phone interviews.  Promising candidates are then invited to participate in on-site interviews with several Alaris team members.  Two to three rounds of interviews may be necessary before a decision is made.

 

The successful experienced candidate will have a background that is rich in both industry specialization and professional experience with a major consulting practice.  Logistics management, supply chain management, strategic sourcing, manufacturing, operations, strategic account management, and customer relationship management are the areas of expertise we generally seek.
