Interviewing with Alaris Consulting

Alaris Consulting dedicates a significant amount of time to campus recruiting in order to acquire the talent that will benefit our clients the most. In return for their flexibility and willingness to learn, we offer new Associates a team-oriented atmosphere and a high degree of professional support. Expectations for our Associates are high but they find their work to be both challenging and rewarding.

Our process generally begins with attendance at an organized career fair. This presents students with an opportunity to learn more about Alaris. In addition, students may present their resumes and discuss their interest on a one-on-one level with our team members. After the career fair, Alaris returns to campus for two days of interviews. The most promising candidates are then invited to our office and provided an opportunity to ask additional questions prior to receiving an offer.
